3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the transportation provider
• Rates quoted are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual service requirements

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation fees
• No-shows will be charged the full amount
